About This Process

Construction & Contract Sign Off

We begin with a complimentary consultation to understand your vision, lifestyle needs, and design preferences. This is also a chance to introduce ourselves, share our portfolio, and answer your questions. If you choose us as your builder, we’ll review the budget, timeline, and move forward with the contract to begin the design phase.

Design Phase

We collaborate closely with top architects and interior designers, either our trusted partners or your preferred firms, to bring your vision to life. Whether you prefer to take the lead or want us to handle the details, we’re here every step of the way. We keep design aligned with your budget and ensure the architectural and interior plans work seamlessly together.

Budget Finalization

With completed plans in hand, we conduct a competitive bidding process by gathering quotes from multiple suppliers to ensure the best value. You’ll receive transparent and regularly updated budgets that reflect actual costs and any changes.

Construction

Our team manages the full build process, keeping you informed and involved. Construction is divided into three phases: site work, rough-in & framing, and finishing. Our site managers ensure quality and timelines are met. After final inspections and obtaining the occupancy certificate, your home is nearly ready.

 

Post Construction

We walk through your new home with you and address any deficiencies before you move in. You’ll receive a New Home Warranty certificate and maintenance manual. Once everything is finalized and the keys are in your hands, we remain available for support, just a phone call away.
