Our Goal

Karim, Farhan, and Alim are the three founders of KFA Homes. While building their own homes, the three discovered a major issue while going through the developmental process: the lack of clear and consistent communication from contractors to clients. The founders took hold of the issue by creating KFA Homes Ltd. a custom home building company in the Lower Mainland  that is client focused and values complete transparency.

To maintain the founders’ goal, we at KFA Homes walk through the entire process with our clients, from preliminary sketches until post move in. Our first-hand experience as clients of contractors enables us to understand the obstacles that may come with building your own home. With nearly 10 years of experience, we aim to aid you every step of the way.

We will be there to guide you in making the best decisions that fit your needs, including your home’s layout, selection of finishing, materials, and design schemes. We are only one call away whenever you need us.
